The totally safe and protected payments through deposits

Due to a recent (around March, 2022) data leak happened with a security breach with an available local online payment solution, we currently only use bank transfer or direct deposits in order to protect our consumers. For this reason we don't use any service from a third party online payment solution provider, however we will soon find a good solution to serve our consumers on this matter.

Online payments

We will notice you when we found a good solution/ service provider to serve online payment facilities.

Bank transfer or direct deposits

The only payment option currently available on Ceylexo. You can deposit the order amount to our bank account or transfer online as what you find comfortable. You will see the Bank transfer option in the payment option screen when you checkout your order.

You can select Bank Transfer option and click Confirm button. On the next screen, you will see the account details:

Cash on delivery

Currently we don't accept Cash On Delivery orders to protect our sellers and save their time & cost.

However working on it to provide the cash on delivery facility to give our consumers another layer of convenience who wants to order and pay on receive. We will notice you when this option is available on Ceylexo.
